摘要 综述了电镀、化学镀、激光熔覆、真空熔结、喷焊等诸多手段制备的耐磨镍基合金涂层。重点介绍了Ni-P、Ni-W、Ni-Mo、Ni-Cr等耐磨镍基合金涂层近两年的研究进展情况。同时介绍了各种镍基耐磨涂层的基本应用,并预测了其在研究与工业领域中的发展前景。 Preparation methods of wear-resisting Ni-based alloy coatings, involving electroplating, electroless plating, laser cladding, vacuum fusion sintering and spray welding are briefly reviewed. Current status of wear-resisting Ni-based alloy coatings including Ni-P, Ni-W, Ni-Mo, Ni-Cr is introduced. Fundamental applications of various wear-resisting Ni-based coatings are also presented and their development prospect in research and industrial fields is previewed.
