A modem country is now characterized with independent innovation, which the CPC has realized during the process of our country＇s modernization. She, on the one hand, puts the thought of independent innovation forward on the fundamental basis of independence view and the understanding of scientific and technological, social and economic laws, on the other, deepens it. The independent innovation is our country＇s inevitable choice, and will certainly be conducted in the immediate future.
