“共大”历史经验的教育学反思

江西“共大”作为一场将青少年农业职业教育与农民继续教育相结合的试验,其历史经验意义深远。“共大”对江西经济和社会建设、人才培养曾卓有贡献。然而从教育发展的历史长河看,有其成功的经验,也有失误的教训。其主要教训表现在:对马克主义认识论及教育与生产劳动相结合理论认识上的偏差;对教师作用的有所忽视;对科学试验规范缺乏认知;缺少正确对待不同意见的态度;缺乏实事求是的精神;以及对教育科学本身的虚无主义等等。

Jiangxi Communist Labor University,an experimental university to combine agricultural occupational education with farmers＇ further education,embodies profound historical significance on the development Jiangxi＇ seconomy and society.But there lies lessons of education,which involve the deviation to the combination of Marxism epistemology and educational productive labor,the neglect on the function of teachers,lackage of the cognition on scientific experimental regulations and tolerance to the opposite opinion as well as the spirit of seeking truth from the facts, and the nihilism on educational science, etc.
