The spirits of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism compose our complex national character. As a Chinese, ＂He＂ also couldn＇t shake off the shackles. During the May Fourth period, ＂he＂ is oppressed by real life in Japan, and the spirits of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism which support his cultural mental structure collapse, he has no choice but to leave this world.
