This paper outlined the production line for wet preparation of ultrafine silicious zirconium by ball mill and detailedly expounded how to determine various process parameters of ball mill for the production line. The productive practice has shown that for this production line, the process design is reasonable, the performances of the equipments are good, the production cost is low, and the produced superfine zirconium silicate powder comes up to the quality grade required for the emulsifying agent of glaze using for high - grade ceramics in China.
