二茂铁取代非对称硫脲的合成

摘要 通过二茂铁甲酸合成了二茂铁甲酰氯,该化合物与硫氰酸钾反应得到二茂铁甲酰基异硫氰酸酯.在室温下,二茂铁甲酰基异硫氰酸酯与芳香胺反应生成新颖的二茂铁取代非对称硫脲.化合物通过1H NMR、IR、HRMS验证. Firstly ferrocenyl formylchloride was synthesized from ferrocenyl formyl acid.Ferrocenyl formyl isothiocyanate was obtained via the reaction of ferrocenyl formylchloride with potassium isothiocyanate.At room temperature,several novel unsymmetric ferrocenyl thiourea compounds were synthesized by reaction of substituted aniline with ferrocenyl formyl isothiocyanate.In addotion,the structures of the compounds are identified by1H NMR,IR and HRMS.
