摘要
曾国藩的人格教育思想主要体现在修身养性以进道德术业、立定志向以成丰功伟业、反省迁善以求谨慎治事以及豁达冲融以圆人生百态等方面,他的人格教育的最终目标在于培养能拥有内修品性、德术兼备,外练性格、处世圆融,能自立于世之人。
Zeng Guofan's thought on personality education is mainly reflected as following, cultivating moral character to improve studies on morals, setting up ambition to achieve great achievements, introspecting and reverting to good deeds to deal affairs with great circumspection, being generous and open minded to accomplish various things in life. The ultimate aim of his personality education is cultivating talents, who have both abilities and integrities, can deal interpersonal relationship properly, and are able to stand on their own feet.
