中科院武汉查新中心2001-2005年查新项目分析

本文旨在通过对中国科学院武汉科技查新咨询检索中心2001-2005年间受理的1 126项查新委托项目进行统计与分析,从一个侧面反映5年来我国科研工作的发展现状及进展,特别是武汉市的科研水平、科研力量分布和学科优势,为相关部门和科技人员提供参考;另一方面,发现查新工作中存在的问题并提出相应建议,为该中心查新工作的快速发展铺设基石。

The paper makes statistics and analysis on 1126 novelty items from 2001 - 2005 in Wuhan SCi - Tech Novelty Assessment Centre of Chinese Academy of Sciences. On one hand, the paper describes the development of science and technology in China, especially the level, distribution and advantage in Wuhan, and gives some refer- ences to related organizations and researchers. On the other hand, the paper finds the problems in novelty searching and provides some suggestions for the development of Wuhan SciTech Novelty Assessment Centre of CAS.
