高校数字图书馆评价指标体系研究

本文提出高校数字图书馆评指价标体系的制订要注重五大指导原则:导向性原则、前瞻性原则、可操作性原则、灵活性原则、技术性原则。同时,文章论述了基于评价设计的目标、方法、模型,并着重从数字图书馆办馆条件、数字图书馆“馆藏”资源、图书馆网站建设、数字图书馆馆员队伍、数字图书馆经济效益五个方面系统性地论述了高校数字图书馆评价体系的构建。

The paper suggests that the evaluation system establishment of digital library shall put emphasis on 5 principles： oriented, prospective, manipulable, flexible and technical. Meanwhile, it discusses evaluation- based designed objective, method and model, especially expounds construction of digital library evaluation system from 5 aspects： precondition, collection, website construction, librarian quality and economic benefit.
