我国的生态公正及其实现研究

Research on China’s Ecologic Fairness and its Realization

对生态公正的实质进行了剖析,概括总结了我国生态公正的现状,提出了通过加强“公正”理论研究与教育、建立共同承担与区别承担责任原则、建立资源开发生态补偿机制、树立政府的生态责任理念等措施来实现我国的生态公正.

The essence of ecologic fairness is analyzed and some phenomena of unfair ecology are summed up. Some measures for realizing Chinese ecologic fairness are put forward from strengthening research and education of fair theory, establishing responsibility principle of common and different bear, establishing ecology compensation mechanism of resources development, to setting up ecology responsibility idea of government.
