This essay gives a survey of model frame, choice of monetary policy, designment, optimization and the prospection in the development optimization problem of inflation targeting. It discusses the trend of monetary policy and achievement appraisal etc. It gives optimizing interest reaction function under the uncertainty of the model＇s parameter and also examines the issues and probable choices in the new condition of the monetary policy.
