摘要
高校业余训练中的运动量及强度都有一定的要求,人体在运动的过程中,机体的物质代谢过程加强,热能和营养素的消耗量增加,体内的激素效应与酶的反应过程加强,酸性产物堆积和失水、电解质紊乱等因素,使机体的内环境发生了剧烈的变化,这一切变化需要在运动后得到迅速的恢复,在很大程度上依靠营养物质来补偿和调整,因而运动员在营养上有着特殊的要求,才能保证训练的正常进行,消除疲劳,提高运动成绩,促进其全面发展。
There are some requirements of students' exercise amount and intensity in the non-professional physical training in universities and colleges. During the physical training, the metabolic process in organism, the consumption of energy and nutriment, hormone effect and the course of reaction of enzymes increase. The quick recovery after drastic changes in organism originating from the accumulation of acid product, dehydration, and electrolyte disorder mainly depends on nutritious substance. And the special nutritious diet is the guarantee for students to have the normal training, relieve fatigue, enhance performance in sports and develop themselves in an all-round way.
