摘要 目的探讨腹腔镜穿孔修补术在治疗青年胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔中的意义。方法分析腹腔镜下青年胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术37例的临床资料。结果腹腔镜下单纯缝合修补穿孔均获成功,无中转开腹及并发症发生。结论腹腔镜在青年胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔治疗中具有手术时间短、创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点,是目前治疗青年胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔安全有效的手术方式。 [Objective] To explore the advantages of laparoscopic repair in the youth with perforation of gastroduodenal ulcers. [Methods] 37 cases were performed exploration and simple repair with laparoscopy. [Results] Success was achieved in all cases. No patient was transferred to open operation and no complications were found. [Conclusion] There were lots of advantages of laparoscopic repair in treating perforation of gastroduodenal ulcers, such as short operating period, minimal invasion, fast recovery, less complications etc. It should he applied widely in treating perforation of gastroduodenal ulcers, especially in youth patients.
