摘要
目的对累及后交叉韧带止点的胫骨平台骨折的微创治疗进行探讨。方法运用关节镜及C臂X光机辅助,对7例累及后交叉韧带止点的胫骨平台骨折进行复位、内固定。结果术后随访3个月~1年,骨折均愈合,HSS膝关节临床功能评分,优2例(28%),良3例(43%),中2例(29%)。结论在关节镜及C臂X光机辅助下治疗累及后交叉韧带止点的胫骨平台骨折能明显地减小手术创伤,避免交叉韧带的II期重建,有利于膝关节功能恢复。
[Objective] To explore minimally invasive surgical methods in treating tibia] plateau fracture implicating accreting of PCL. [Methods] 7 cases of fresh and closed tibial plateau fracture implicating accreting of PCL included in this study. The diaplasis and Fixation of fracture and accreting were achieved under arthroscopy and C- arm fluoroscope. [Results] All the cases were followed up from 3 months to 1 year after operation. Bone unuion was not obscrval. The grades of HSS knee joint clinical function shown that 28% of this cases was excellent,43% good and 29% middling. [Conclusion] Arthroscopic technique assisted by C-ann fluoroscope in treating tibial plateau fracture implicating accreting of PCL could reduce the surgical wound observably and avoid the restoration of PCL in second-time. These advantages are beneficial for the healing of knee joint function.
