摘要
悬浮燃烧炉最适合作为粮食干燥机的热源,其缺点是易结块、出现局部稻壳干馏现象。在不影响原有控制系统的基础上,采用一套独立的PID控制系统,以主风道内的温度为参考标准,调节稻壳进料量,效果较为理想。
The rice husk combustion furnace mainly has four kinds： the aerosol combustion furnace suitablly takes the grain dryer the heat source, but is easy to agglomerate, appears the partial rice husk dry distillation phenomenon. At no-affecting the original control system in the foundation, uses a set of independent PID control system, take the host air flue in temperature as the reference standard, the adjustment rice husk feed-in weight, the effect is ideal.
