摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定毛果杜鹃中金丝桃苷的含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法,用C_(18)色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-0.05%磷酸(14:86),检测波长为360nm。结果金丝桃苷进样量在0.2078μg~8.312μg之间线性关系良好,金丝桃苷平均回收率为100.43%;RSD为0.9%(n=6)。结论该方法简便快速,准确实用,可用于控制毛果杜鹃的质量。
OBJECTIVE To establish the method of determining hyperin in Rhododendron seniavinii Maxim. by HPLC. METHODS A HPLC method was established. HPLC conditions were as follows:Hypersil C18column, a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0. 05% phosphoric acid( 14: 86),detection wavelength was at 360nm. RESULTS Quercitrin has a good linear relationship between 0. 207μg -8.3120μg. And the average recoveries of quercitrin was 100.43%, RSD was 0.9% (n = 6). CONCLUSION This method is simple, accurate. It can be used to control the quality of Rhododendron seniavinii Maxim.
