摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定肌苷氯化钠注射液中肌苷的含量的方法。方法采用ODS_2(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-水(10:90)为流动相,流速1.0ml·min^(-1),检测波长为248nm。结果肌苷在0.1~0.6μg范围内进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r= 0.9997);平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为0.5%,n=9。结论本方法结果准确,重现性较好。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of inosine content in inosine and sodium chloride injection by HPLC. METHODS ODS column was used and methanol-water( 10: 90) was used as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0ml · min^-1 ,the detecting wavelength was at 248nm. RESULTS There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of metamizol and peak area within a range of 0. 1 - 0. 6μg, r = 0.9997. The average recover was 99. 6% with RSD =0.5% (n =9). CONCLUSION The method is highly repeatable and accurate.
