摘要
目的建立RP-HPLC法测定复方氨酚烷胺胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚和咖啡因的含量。方法采用Hypersil C_(18)柱,以甲醇-水(40:60)为流动相,检测波长216nm,流速为1.0ml·min^(-1)。结果对乙酰氨基酚在101.5~1522.5μg·mL^(-1)的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r= 0.9999),平均回收率100.0%,咖啡因在9.36~47.34μg·mL^(-1)的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1),平均回收率99.7%。结论本方法简便快速,结果正确、可靠、重复性好。
OBJECTIVE to establish a HPLC method for the determination of paracetamol and caffeine in compound paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride capsules. METHODS The analytical column was Hypersil C18 column,and the mobile phase was methanol-water(40: 60)at a flow rate of 1.0ml · min^-1. Detected wave lengh at 216nm. RESULTS The range of good Linear relation and average recovery rate for paracetamol were 101.5 - 1522.5μg · mL^-1 (r =0. 9999) ,and 100.0% ;while those for caffeine were 9.36 - 47. 34μg · mL^-1 ( r = 1 ), and 99.7%. CONCLUSION The method is simple and rapid ,the results are accurate,reliable and reproducible.
