半导体光电探测是半导体光电子学的重要部分，半导体光电探测器在光纤通信，红外遥感等领域有广泛的应用。本文介绍了几种最新的半导体光电探测器结构。
Semiconductor photodetection is the key part of semiconductor optoelectronics. Semiconductor photodetectors have been widely used in the optical fiber communication systems and infrared detection. In order to find out the research trend, we will introduce some new structures of semiconductor photodetectors.
