摘要
报道了锌、锡氧化物超微粒子薄膜的阻温特性,并根据氧表面吸附模型和截流子穿越势垒理论对其结果加以解释。
An experimental research of the electrical resistanoc-temperature characteristies of Zno, SnO2, ZnO/Sno2 and SnO2/Zno ultrafine particle thin films (UPF) prepared by a dc gas discharge activating reaction evaporation technique has been reported. According to the model of oxygn's adsorption and the theories of carriers to cross potential barrier, the results were discussed.
