蛋白激酶Cδ与细胞凋亡

摘要 蛋白激酶Cδ(PKCδ)是细胞内重要的信号转导分子,参与细胞增殖、分化和凋亡过程。在介导细胞凋亡过程中,PKCδ先通过别构效应、磷酸化和剪切等步骤进行激活。活化的PKCδ可启动下游信号通路系统,使c-Abl、P73、DNA-PK、JNK、核纤层蛋白B、NF-κB等促凋亡相关的调控因子活化,促进细胞凋亡。同时,PKCδ也具有抗凋亡的调控功能。现就PKCδ的结构、活化,以及介导细胞凋亡与抗凋亡过程中调控的相关因子作一综述。
