评价冻融精子生育力指标的进展 被引量:3

摘要 传统的精液分析主要是在体外对精子的数目、形态及运动性等指标进行评价,但没有一个指标能快速、准确地确定其生育力。只有同时具备多种特性、功能完整的精子才能受精,因而只有同时客观地检测多个指标,才能更好地评价精子的生育力。现对影响精子生育力的因素,包括精子本身的复杂性、生育力指标的有效性和精液分析过程中影响其质量的因素进行探讨,同时对精卵融合所必须具备的一些基本特性进行了描述。虽然单因素分析结果并不能完全反映精子的生育力,但可以检测出精子的各种异常,对于指导人工授精和男性不育的病因学诊断仍有着十分重要的意义。
