摘要 采用L-半胱氨酸为预还原剂,建立了断续流动进样氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定木材及木制品中微量砷的方法。确定了仪器的最佳工作条件,考察了介质和载流酸度、硼氢化钠浓度、L-半胱氨酸浓度和载流流速的影响以及共存元素的干扰情况。方法简便、快速。在选定的测定条件下,砷的检出限为0.15μg·L^-1,相对标准偏差为5.1%,回收率为95%~102%。 A method for the determination of trace arsenic in wood and wooden products by intermittent-flow- hydride generation -atomic fluorescence spectrometry with L-cysteine as a pre-reducer was developed. The optimal instrument conditions were established. The influence factors such as the acidity of sample solution and carrier liquid, the concentration of NaBH4 and L-cysteine, the flow rate of carrier and the interference of co-exiting element had been investigated. The method is convenient and rapid. Under optimum conditions, the detection limit of arsenic was 0. 15 μg · L^-1, the recovery range was 95% - 102% with relative standard deviation of 5.1%.
