With the successive exploration and innovation, Quanzhou＇s administrative department for industry and commerce gets more effects and experience in administrative practice. Based on the survey on basic procedure of administrative instruction by Quanzhou＇s administrative department for industry and commerce, this paper summarized the achievements and experience of their administrative instruction and proposed some suggestions to deepen the practice of administrative instruction for industry and commerce.
