随当代科技革命的进步,科学技术对经济和生产领域起巨大推动作用的同时,也越来越给人类社会带来了极其不利的影响。许多西方学者对科技所造成的人类生存困境进行了分析和批判,其根本原因在于不合理的科技观所致。所以,如何在社会转型期建构一种合理的科技观,使之按有效的价值规范呈良性运行,保证社会文明的综合进程具有深刻的理论和现实意义。

With the progress of contemporary revolution in science and technology, while science and technology plays an enormous promoting role in economy and production field, it brings extremely unfavorable influence to human society, too. A lot of western scholars have analyzed and criticized the human survival predicament that science and technology caused ,and its basic reason lies in unreasonable scientific and technological view. So, how to construct one reasonable scientific and technological view in transformation period, make it operate benignly according to effective value in society, and guarantee the comprehensive process of the social civilization has deep theoretical and realistic meaning.
