摘要
分析了某县级供电企业在营销管理中遇到的实际问题和困难,提出了具体可行的管理对策并付诸实施,对实施过程进行总结后得出了供电企业营销管理中必须夯实基础抓规范的结论。
This paper analyzes the actual problems and difficulties in marketing management of county level power supply enterprises, suggests some available countermeasures, summarizes the process of taking the countermeasures into effect, and reaches the conclusion that county level power supply marketing must concentrate on the base and principle.
