摘要
对碱度为１．５～２．５，ＦｅＯ％＜０．６～１．０的精炼渣进行了发泡性能的研究。实验在竖式电阻炉和２００ｋｇ中频感应炉内进行。分别测试了精炼渣碱度、精炼渣中助熔剂含量和发泡剂组成等因素对渣起泡率η＊。
A kind of refining slag which basicity ranges from 1.5 to 2.5 and FeO less than 0.5 % was tested and studied in laboratory. A uprighttype resistance furnace and a 200kg medium frequency induction furnace were used and the effects of the basicity content of flux and compositions of the foaming agent on the foaming efficiency,foaming duration and foaming index were determined.
