摘要
加强党内监督,完善和改进党的领导,是提高党的执政能力,全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程的重要内容。加强党内监督必须切实解决好意识不强、机制不顺、畸重畸轻、权威不够等问题。
To strengthen the supervision within the Party ,perfect and improve the Party＇s leadership are the important contents in the new great project in increasing the Party＇s dominating abliity and promoting the Party＇s construction in an all -round way. Some problems such as less awareness, the rough mechanisms and the unbalanced authority must be dealt well with.
