摘要 通过活性污泥等料浆的絮凝造粒过程的试验研究,得到了该过程最佳絮凝剂用量及操作条件;根据湿法造粒原理结合试验结果,设计了低速螺旋絮凝造粒脱水强化装置,同时还推得了该装置分离效率的关联式。 In this paper,through the experimental research on the process of flocculent particle making of starches as activated sludge,the optimum doses of flocculating agent and its operating conditions were ascertained.According to the principle of wet particle making and combining with the results of experiments, a consolidating equipment of low speed screw for flocculent particle making and dewatering was designed at the same time.Again,the related equation of solid liquid separating efficiency was derived.Accordingly a high efficient and economical method for sludge dewatering and solid liquid separating of industrial micro starch was found.
