Countermeasures to Dairy Industry Development in Heilongjiang

运用实证分析的方法,提出黑龙江省奶业发展中存在的问题,诸如生产规模小、加工企业带动能力弱、农户饲养技术水平低、产品结构不合理等问题,并从奶牛饲养和乳品加工的角度提出黑龙江省奶业发展的对策。

Dairy industry is the traditional predominant cornerstone industry of Heilongjiang province, which has a lot of advantage such as natural resources, policy support, the quantity of cow which the ground can bear. with the policy such as ＂a cup of milk makes Chinese stronger＂, ＂students drinking plan＂ and Heilongjiang government bringing forward＂ conversion between host and subsidiary＂ brought out, there is still big space for the development of Heilongjiang dairy industry. However there are still many problems. This article mainly use analytical demonstration method to find out problems in the development of Heilongjiang dairy industry, such as the scale of production small and so on, and brought forward the policy of the development of Heilongjiang province, according to cow breeding and dairy process.
