俄罗斯的研究生教育体系基本上秉承了原苏联时期的研究生教育模式及学位制度。苏联解体后的最近十几年,俄罗斯的研究生教育在培养科研人才体系中的作用发生了明显变化。当前许多年轻人把攻读副博士学位看成是提高自身价值、获得额外专业成果的途径。俄罗斯研究生教育培养体系所经历的种种变化,是俄罗斯社会近十几年经济动荡,政治不稳定,社会各个领域变化激烈等许多因素所造成的。

Russian postgraduate education system basically received the postgraduate education pattern and degree system of the age of Soviet Union. In the recent decades after Soviet Union disaggregated, the function of Russian postgraduate education system has obviously changed in the system training the scientific research person with ability. Nonce many striplings regard study for assistant doctor＇s degree as an approach to improve oneslf value and obtain extra professional fruit. All kinds of changes coming through Russian postgraduate education system are caused by Russian social economic turbulence and downfall lasting for more than ten years, political instability, upheavals in each social field and so on.
