摘要
概述了DNA分子标记在几种重要的茄科蔬菜遗传改良中的应用,包括遗传连锁图谱的构建,分子标记辅助选择,数量性状基因座的分析,种质资源研究和品种鉴定、功能图谱构建及基因克隆等,并阐述了分子标记对作物遗传改良的重要意义。
The applications of DNA markers in genetic improvement of several Solanaeeae vegetables, ineluding construction of genetic linkage map, molecular marker- assisted selection, analysis of quantitative trait loci, research of idioplasm resources and cultivar identifieation, construction of functional map and gene elone were summarized in this paper. Also, the important signkfieanee of molecular maker on genetic improvement of crops was elucidated.
