青螺肉中汞及重金属残留分析 被引量:3

摘要 建立了用微波消解青螺肉样品,用双道氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定汞,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铜、铬,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定铅。汞、铜、铬、铅的检出限分别为0.0026、33.12、42.77和0.703ng/L,线性相关系数不小于0.991,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.3%-2.9%,加标回收率为94.12%-98.74%。青螺肉中汞、铜、铬和铅的含量分别为0.06±0.01、4.66±0.03、0.775±0.015和1.30±0.03mg/kg。 The samples of snail meat were digested by microwave,Hg was detected by atomic fluorescence spectrometry, Cu and Cr by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS) ,and Pb by furnace AAS. The detection limits of Hg, Cu, Cr and Pb were 0. 0026, 33.12, 42.77 and 0.703 ng/L respectively. Correlation coefficients were not less than 0. 991. The relative standard deviations were 1. 3% -2.9% and the sample recoveries were 94. 12% - 98.74%. The proportions of Hg, Cu, Cr and Pb in snail meat were 0.06 - 0. 01, 4.66 -0.03, 0. 775 -0.015 and 1.30 -0. 03 mg/kg respectively.
