摘要
目的:调查滁州市家居环境中粉螨孳生情况。方法:采取直接镜检法。结果:经调查表明,40.8%标本发现粉螨,其中床面灰尘样本粉螨的阳性率为64.5%,地面灰尘粉螨的阳性率为53%,衣物灰尘粉螨的阳性率为34%和家具灰尘粉螨的阳性率为24.5%,检获粉螨14种,隶属于5科11属。多样性分析结果表明,4种环境的物种丰富度指数Rmargalef为0.461~1.372,Shannon-Wiener指数(H′)为1.513~2.331,Pielou指数(J)为0.909~0.940。结论:温湿度及粉螨孳生食性对不同环境中粉螨群落的组成和多样性起直接限制作用。
To investigate the composition and diversity of Acaroid mite community in the house ecosystem in Chuzhou area. Methods : A spot examination by microscope was conducted for the data collection. Results :The results showed that the positive rate of Acaroid mites was 40.8% and varied in particular space of the room, among which 64.5 % in bed, 53 % in floor, 34 % in clothing and 24.5 % in furniture dust were detected, respectively. Of the 14 species detected, they were fallen into 11 genera and 5 families. Diversity analysis suggested that the species richness index Rmargalef for the four habitats ranged from 0.461 to 1.372 ,while the species diversity index (Shan- non-Wiener index) varied from 1. 513 to 2. 331, and Pielou index ranged from 0.909 to 0.940, Conclusion :Temperature, humidity and food habit were the major limiting factors which determine the species composition and diversity of Acaroid mite community in house ecosystem.
