摘要 1995年8月21日~11月20日在鞍钢3号高炉(831m^3)进行了煤比为200kg/t的氧煤强化炼铁工业试验。试验达到了预期目标,煤比平均达203kg/t,富氧率3.42%,煤焦置换比0.8,实现了低富氧率条件下高煤比的强化冶炼。 An industrial experiment of intensified smelting by, oxygen-coal injection with coal injection rate of 200 kg/tHM was carried out on No. 3 BF (831m3) of Anshan Iron & Steel Group Co. from August 21 to November 20,1995. The results obtained for three months in succession are as follows:average coal injection rate is more than 203 kg/tHM,oxygen enrichment rate is 3.42%, coal-to-coke replacement ratio is 0.8. The expected experiment goal had been attained and the intensified smelting with low oxygen enrichment rate and high coal injection rate had been achieved.
