高炉煤气脉冲布袋除尘技术的新进展

New progress of bag pulse dedusting technology for BF gas

1995年底,高炉煤气脉冲布袋除尘技术在成钢2号高炉(318m^3)试验成功。成钢高炉应用实践表明:采用脉冲布袋除尘技术可提高煤气滤速50％～70％,减少箱体数量1/3,效益显著。脉冲布袋除尘技术还面临着完善温度控制系统、寻求适用滤布以及推行设备标准化等任务。

The test of bag pulse dedusting on the No.2 BF (318 m3) at Chengdu Iron & Steel Works succeeded in the end of 1995.The test practice showed;the gas filtering rate may increase by 50%-70%,and the number of dedusting box may reduce by third-one when the bag pulse dedusting technology was adopted.But a series of works,such as improving temperature control system,seeking suitable filtering bag material,putting equipment into standardization,and so on,need doing in next years.
