Long campaign practice of No. 1 blast furnace at the First Ironplant of Laiwu I & S Complex

莱钢一铁厂1号高炉(109m^3)第四代炉役在未进行中修的情况下,实现了一代炉役寿命达9年的目标,单位炉容产铁量达5903t/m^3。其主要经验就是在大修改造时,注重采用先进适用的技术;在日常高炉操作中,十分重视炉况的稳定顺行;在炉役后期,则采取了特别护炉措施。

The fourth campaign of No.1 blast furnace with inner volume of 109 m3 at the First Iron-plant of Laiwu Iron & Steel Complex had reached 9 years with cumulative productivity of 5 903 ton hot metal/m3-inner volume and without intermediate repair. The main experiences in extention of furnace life gained during the fourth campaign are as follows: to adopt advanced and applicable technics during the relining,to ensure smooth and stable operation in blast furnace during the routine work and to take special countermeasures for lining protection at the end of campaign.
