常温相变含水石蜡微乳液的制备 被引量:2

摘要 采用一定比例的固体石蜡和液体石蜡混合熔融,得到常温相变石蜡,采用微乳化技术,将水稳定的分散到石蜡中,制备出具有高储能量的相变含水石蜡储能材料。差式扫描量热法测试表明,m(固体石蜡)∶m(液体石蜡)=1∶2时,复配石蜡固-液相变温度34.2℃,相变潜热为34.0 kJ/kg;相图分析表明,m(Span80)/m(Tween80)=0.6,助表面活性剂为正丁醇,助表面活性剂(C)与复配表面活性剂(T)质量比m(C)/m(T)=0.3时,微乳液相区面积最大;实际储能测试结果表明,含水10%的相变石蜡比未加水时提高了近13倍。 In this article,we selected the method which compounded the solid parathn and hqmd parat-fin,through melted with a certain proportion, then gained normal temperature phase change paraffin. We also used microemulsification technique;stably dispersed the water in the paraffin to prepare high power storage density phase change water containing paraffin power storage material.DSC testing shows that:when m(solid paraffin):m(liquid paraffin)= 1:2, the compound paraffin solid-liquid phase change temperature is 34.2℃,and the phase change hidden heat is 34.0kJ/kg;Phase graph analysis shows that when m(Span80)/m(Tween80)=0.6,assistant surfactant is n-butanol,the weight proportion of the as-sistant surfactant and the compound surfactant is 0.3,the microemulsion phase area is biggest;The practi-cal power storage testing results show that the power storage quantity of the paraffin which contains 10% water will improve about 13 times.
