摘要
以脱水污泥为原料,以氯化锌为活化剂,用浸渍微波辐射法制备了活性污泥吸附剂。通过单因素实验和正交实验,探讨了制备条件对吸附性能的影响。结果表明,制备污泥吸附剂的适宜条件为:干污泥与浓度40%的氯化锌溶液按质量比为1∶3.0浸泡,微波功率595 W,辐照时间4.0 min。污泥含碳吸附剂吸附碘吸附值为412 mg/g以上,亚甲基蓝吸附值为67 mg/g以上。
By means of microwave,adding ZnCl2 to the sewage sludge,which produced a new absorbent.Effect of preparation conditions on adsorbing capability was disscussed with single factor and multifactors experiment,the result showed that the optimum absorbent manufacture process are based on the following conditions:the weight ratio of dry sewage sludge to ZnCl2(40%) is 1:3.0,the microwave power is 595 W,and the radiation time is 4 min,the number of I2 adsorption of carbonaceous adsorbent derived from sewage sludge will be up to 412 mg/g and the number of methylene blue adsorption will be up to 67 mg/g.
