聚合硅酸硫酸铝的絮凝性能及改性研究 被引量:1

摘要 以硫酸铝、水玻璃和铝酸钠为原料制备了聚合硅酸硫酸铝(PASS),研究了PASS絮凝性能,并利用聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDMDAAC)和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)对PASS进行复合改性。结果表明,PASS絮凝条件选择为加药量40 mg/L,A l/S i为10-20,原水在pH值6.0-8.0有较好的絮凝效果。在最佳絮凝条件下处理低浊水时,其除浊率达到97%,通过加入少量PDMDAAC对PASS改性后能显著减少PASS用量。 A inorganic polymer flocculants polyaluminum silicate sulfate was prepared by using aluminum sulfate,water glass and sodium aluminate as raw materials.The focculating efficiency of PASS was also preliminarily examined by Jar-test.Modification of PASS by using polydimethyl dimly ammonium chloride(PDMDAAC) and polyacrylamide(PASS) was studied.The results showed that PASS has a high floccu-lation performance with the optimum dose of 40 mg/L,Al/Si mole ratio of 10~20 and the pH of water between6.0~8.0,the percentage of removal of turbidity is97% and it can decrease the dose of PASS distinctly when using PDMDAAC as a modifying agent.
