Study of the steady state building in the anaerobic sequencing batch reactor

摘要 应用厌氧序批间歇式反应器(ASBR),以葡萄糖为唯一碳源,在中温(35℃)条件下对反应器进行启动,并建立稳态。实验表明,经过172 d的运行,ASBR反应器的容积负荷为5 kg COD/m3.d,COD的去除率在92%以上,出水的VFA稳定在250 mg/L左右,每周期的累积产气量为4.8 L左右,污泥的甲酸、乙酸、丙酸和丁酸活性分别为:0.334 8,1.258 0,1.094和0.746 40 g COD-CH4/g VSS.d。 The set-up of the anaerobic sequencing batch reactor(ASBR)treating synthetic wastewater containing sucrose as the sole carbon source at a constant temperature of 35℃ were studied in this paper.The experiment indicated that after 172 d operating,the organic loading of the ASBR was 5 kg COD/m3·d,COD removal achieved above 92%,VFA of the effluent was stabilized at about 250 mg/L,and the accumulation of the gas were 4.8 L more or less in one cycle.The specific methanogenic activity of formate,acetate,propionate and butyrate was 0.3348g COD-CH4/g VSS·d, 1.258 0g COD-CH4/g VSS·d, 1.094 g COD-CH4/g VSS·d and 0.746 40 g COD-CH4/g VSS·d.
