摘要 纯铝的晶粒细化一直是铝生产厂家和科研工作者不断研究的课题,Al—Ti和Al—Ti—B作为中间合金细化铝已经相对成熟,Al—Ti—C中间合金还在开发中.本文详细论述了在Al—Ti—C中间合金基础上新开发的Al—Ti—CN中间合金的试验全过程,试验证明Al—Ti—CN中间合金细化工业纯铝效果优于Al—Ti和Al—Ti—B中间合金,有望成为新型纯铝晶粒细化中间合金. Grain refinement of pure aluminium has long been a hot research area for aluminium factories and researchers. It is relative mature for using Al-Ti and Al-Ti-B as master alloys to refine aluminium. Al-Ti-C master alloy has been in developing. The present paper specified the development of a novel Al-Ti-CN master alloy based on Al-Ti-C master alloy. The results indicate that the Al-Ti-CN master alloy is a better grain refiner for pure aluminium than both of Al-Ti and Al- Ti-B one. It could be used as a novel master alloy for pure aluminium.
