摘要
介绍了动态机械热分析仪(DMA)在天然橡胶研究领域中的应用。利用DMA研究了天然橡胶及其改性物的低温动态力学性能,测定了样品的动态力学性能参数,并应用动态力学性能的时温叠加(TTS)原理,由WLF方程的常数C1和C2进一步计算出材料的脆性参数。
In this paper, the application of the Dynamic Mechanical Thermal Analyzer on the research of the natural rubber (NR) was introduced. The dynamic mechanical property of the NR and modified-NR at low temperature was studied by DMA. The parameters of dynamic mechanical property of NR samples were tested. The authors calculated the fragility parameters of the samples based on the time-temperature superposition principle of dynamic mechanical performance and the constants C1 and C2 of the WLF equation.
