摘要
在介绍减振器试验台测控系统结构和原理的基础上,对系统的组成、硬件、软件和交流伺服作动器的工作原理和控制方法进行了详细的分析和说明。同时对测试数据的处理方法也进行了详细的介绍。为提高控制系统的频响,克服伺服电机本身的延时,我们采用前馈PID作为控制策略,试验结果证明:本测控系统的硬/软件设计和所采用的控制策略是非常有效的。
Based on introducing the structure and principle of oscillation absorber test-bed test and control system, this paper analyzed in detail of the system's constituent, hardware, software and the operating principle and control mode of AC servo-actuator. At the same time it also introduced processing method of tested data in detail. For improving frequency and response of system and overcoming the time delay of servo-actuator, the authors adopted feedforward PID as control strategy. The result of test indicates that software, hardware and control strategy of this test and control system are very effectively.
