According to these features of measurement technology and business management, we designed a measuring instruments management system based on C/S model and assisted by modern computer network technolgoy. System components, principle and design idea were introduced firstly. Designs of system software and system database and creating application programs were focused on. This system will have an important role for promoting the optimization of workflow, improving efficiency and standardizing work procedures.
