摘要
采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了浙江和福建两地绿茶中Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn,Sn等微量金属元素的含量;并借助统计学软件(spss12.0)对测定结果进行聚类分析。结果表明浙江和福建两地绿茶各属一类。运用聚类分析可以为判别茶叶产地提供一种新的方法。
The author analyzed the content of Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, and Sn in green tea from Zhejiang and Fujian by flame atomic absorption spectrometry and analyzed the results on software spssl2.0 in statistics by cluster analysis to compare the green tea from ZheJiang and FuJian. The results showed that:the green tea from ZheJiang and FuJian was belong to each category. This method was proved to be a new method to identify where the green tea was from by the cluster analysis.
