泛素-蛋白酶体途径对雌激素受体α降解的调控

摘要 泛素-蛋白酶体途径是真核细胞内降解蛋白质的重要途径,对于维持细胞的正常功能起着重要作用。雌激素受体α(ERα)作为转录因子,与乳腺癌的发生及进展关系密切,抑制ERα的功能已经成为治疗乳腺癌的主要策略之一。目前发现泛素-蛋白酶体途径能够促进ERα降解,影响其转录。简要综述了泛素-蛋白酶体途径对雌激素受体α的转录及降解调控的研究进展。 Ubiquitin-proteasome pathway is important for cellular protein turnover and protein homeostasis. As estrogen receptor α(ERα) is highly associated with the development and progression of breast cancer, inhibition the function of the ERα has become one of the major strategies for breast cancer therapy. Recent studies demonstrated that ubiquitin-proteasome pathway can mediate ERα degradation, and influence its transcription as well. The current opining on regulation ERα transcription and degradation by the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway were introduced here.
