摘要 电化学阻抗谱(EIS)是近年快速发展起来的一种电化学分析方法。它具有良好的界面表征作用,特别适合于分析电极表面生物敏感膜的制备、生物学反应的动力学机制,已逐渐成为生物传感器研究的有效辅助方法。简要概述了EIS技术的原理,及其在各种生物传感器中的应用进展。 Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) is a rapidly developing electrochemical technique for the characterization of biomaterial-functionalized electrodes and biochemical events at electrode surface. EIS has been used to provide information of various biochemical events occurring in biosensors, and is becoming a powerful tool to help foster future development in biosensor research. It was focused that EIS theoretical background, application and advance in biosensor research in this review.
