电热浓缩法生产粗硫酸镍的工艺与实践

TECHNOLOGY AND PRACTICE OF CRUDE NICKLE SULPHATE PRODUCTION WITH ELECTROTHERMAL CONCENTRATION PROCESS

介绍电热浓缩法生产粗硫酸镍工艺在铜电解液净化过程中的应用，着重论述电热浓缩法的工艺原理、控制方法及操作参数的确定，所用设备结构的特点及配置要求，以及国内一些工厂的应用实践。

In this paper, it is introduced that the application of the technology of crude nickle sulphate production with electrothermal concentration process in the course of copper electrolyte purification is introduced. It puts emphasis on the principle of the electrothermal concentration process, its control method, the determination of the operation indexes, the characteristics and collocation requirements of the equipment structure. The practices in some domes tic smelters, existing problems and suggestions are also introduced herein.
