摘要
论述了俄罗斯、欧美耐热钛合金发展的历程以及在航空发动机上的应用情况。随着航空工业的发展,要求钛合金具有耐更高温度下的疲劳、蠕变、热稳定性以及抗氧化性能,以适应先进发动机的设计要求,因此近半个多世纪以来人们从未停止过对先进材料的研发,已使钛合金的使用温度从350℃提高到目前的600℃,满足了先进发动机对材料的需求。从发动机材料的发展历程分析认为,开发耐热性能良好的TiAl基金属间化合物将是满足未来先进发动机用材的方向之一。
This article elaborated the development course of heat resistant titanium alloy for Russian, European and American as well as the situation on the aircraft engine serviceable application, from which one can come to the conclusion that along with the aviation industry development, the request of high property titanium alloy should be at a higher temperature to resist fatigue, creep, oxidation and has to be good thermostability in order to meet the designed requirement for the aircraft engine. Therefore in more than half of recent centuries, the people never stopped to pursue the advanced material, and enhanced the working temperature of the titanium alloy from 350 ℃ to 600 ℃, which has met the requirements for advanced engine to the material. Looking through the materials at present research, the TiAl compound will be one of the directions for the future titanium alloy.
